DWG reading in the AutoCAD to PDF tool

These files are libredwg-web v0.8.1 by mlightcad (https://github.com/mlightcad/libredwg-web),
which is built on GNU LibreDWG (https://www.gnu.org/software/libredwg/). Both are free software
licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 3. Corresponding source code is available
at the links above.

Change made by MZopener: in libredwg-web.wasm the initial WebAssembly memory was lowered from
1 GiB to 256 MiB (the maximum is unchanged and memory still grows on demand), so the reader also
starts on phones and low-memory computers. No other change was made.

The rest of the site (assets/cad-engine.js, assets/cad-ui.js and the pages) is separate code that only
calls this reader through its public interface.
